Refund policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a refund you must send us:
- A proof of order
- 2 photos of the problem related to the product
To qualify for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Many types of products can not be returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers or magazines can not be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, dangerous products or flammable gases or liquids.
Other items that can not be returned:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software
* Some health and personal care products
For a refund request, you must present us with a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
There are some situations where only a partial refund is granted: (where applicable)
* Books with obvious signs of use.
* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
* Any item that is not in its original condition, that is damaged or that has some missing parts for reasons that are not due to an error on our part.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
We will also inform you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.
If your application is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund yet, please check your bank account first.
Then contact the credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if any)
Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, the sale items are not refundable.
WE DO NOT IN ANY CASE RETURNS OF MERCHANDISE

To be eligible for an order CANCELLATION:
- Proof of purchase
- Cancellation request made within 24 hours

We will make a full refund without question
